These Terms of Service govern the use of Planet Automation’s website, online services and electronic communication services.
By using our website or communicating with Planet Automation through services such as WhatsApp, you agree to these terms where applicable.
Use of Our Services
You may use Planet Automation’s services only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, gain unauthorised access to or misuse our website, systems or communication services.
WhatsApp Communications
Planet Automation may use WhatsApp to respond to enquiries, provide customer service, send requested information and conduct legitimate business communications.
Where consent or another lawful basis is required for particular communications, Planet Automation will operate its communication services in accordance with applicable requirements.
Recipients may request that applicable WhatsApp communications stop at any time.

Our services may use or integrate with third-party platforms, including services supplied by Meta Platforms and WhatsApp.
The operation and availability of those third-party services are also governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies. Planet Automation does not control the operation or availability of third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise stated, content made available by Planet Automation remains the property of Planet Automation or its respective licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
Limitation of Liability
Planet Automation takes reasonable steps to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee that its website or third-party communication platforms will always operate without interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Planet Automation will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from outages, failures or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
